Training schedule Spring 2016

Even though it doesn’t feel like summer yet, the winter period at the sportscentre has almost come to an end. Starting from the 14th of March, the regular schedule will be in effect. The hours on Thursday, from 21h00 till 0h00, will be available again for training and free play. This means that the beginner training scheduled on Tuesday from 23h00 till 0h00 will be rescheduled to Thursday from 21h00 till 22h15 in Hall 2. On Tuesday there will also be free play possibilities again in Hall 1 from 22h30 till 0h00. Endurance training
We will also continue with endurance trainings outside! The endurance training will start again on the 31st of March and will take place every Thursday from 19h00 till 20h00. We gather in front of the Culture Centre. This series of trainings starts with some tests to see how fit you are. Later on in the season you will get the opportunity to improve yourself. Want to see how fit you are? Or just want to get your mind off studying for 1 hour? Then join the endurance training by subscribing for the event. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water!
