Endurance Training

For the first time in USSR history the trainers have set up an endurance training to develop muscle strength, increase your stamina and speed in footwork, to become even better badminton players and crush the opponents during competition with your new skills. The first endurance training will take place on Thursday the 17th of September from 19h00 till 20h00 and it will be given by one of our trainers. After a short break you will than be able to join free play or your regular training.
 
Note that the endurance training will take place outside, so when participating you are required to wear the appropriate clothing and shoes. We will gather at 18h45 in front of the sportcentre from which we will run to the location of the endurance training. Make sure to be in time!

Whether conditions will be taken into account. With heavy rainfall an alternative will be sought and everyone who signed up will receive a notification.
