USSR traint op dinsdag- en donderdagavond in het sportcentrum van de TU Delft. De trainingsgroepen zijn opgedeeld in vier niveaus: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced en Expert. Deze groepen hebben een tijdsslot op de dinsdagavond tussen 18:30 en 23:00. Op donderdagavond is er plek voor competitiespelers om extra te trainen.
De trainingen en baangebruik tijdens trainingstijden zijn uitsluitend voor USSR leden.
Als je een keer niet naar de training kan komen is dat geen probleem en hoef je je niet af te melden.
